Stuff that actually makes sense

I leave for Scripps in a week! My summer has finally come to an end. But, I'm kind of excited to go back to school. It's funny because I never am. I guess I really love college. I can't wait to see all my suite mates. I'll have to wait two weeks for that, though. But that's okay. I'm just excited to move in. I'm really excited. Can you tell? EXCITEMENT!!!!!!

The one thing about going back to school that I do hate is packing. Why do I have so much clothes. Moreover, why do I keep buying clothes?

I've been trying really hard to fight the urge to go get a haircut or even a trim. I think I've developed a fear of scissors. I think I'll wait until October to get a haircut.Maybe even December. I know it probably won't make a difference because even if I do get it trimmed or get a haircut and keep the length, my hair will still grow out anyway. But I'm enjoying the fact that my hair is a little longer than usual.

What else? Oh yeah! I've developed an obsession with Calvin Harris over the past week.

Anyway, enough mindless ranting. Here's some artwork.The color is a little bit off, but I didn't really feel like fixing the lighting.So you get the more opaque and less detailed versions of my artwork. The painting is pretty much done. And I still have a lot to work on on the pastel drawing, but hopefully I'll finish it this weekend.
